Do I need a parking permit for the moving van?

Corby is generally more relaxed than Aylesbury when it comes to parking, but you still need to be cautious. Most residential areas in Corby consist of private driveways or open-plan street parking. However, if you are moving to the Town Centre or older estates like Hazel Leys or Willowbrook, parking can be more restricted.

Corby is managed by North Northamptonshire Council. While most residential streets do not require a permit for a van to load or unload, you will need a Parking Dispensation if:

• Your street has Yellow Lines (Single or Double).
